Centra Leash – Stretch, Flow, Train & Play

CENTRALIS MOVEMENT SYSTEM

Centra Leash

Stretch. Flow. Train. Play.

A flexible movement system for mobility, rhythm, coordination, flow practice and the movement around your next water session.

ONE TOOL. DIFFERENT STATES.

Built Around Movement, Not One Exercise

Change the length, grip, speed or configuration and the practice changes with it.

Centra Leash can work quietly as a long strap for stretching and mobility. Give it more room and momentum and it becomes a dynamic flow prop for circles, reversals, cross-body patterns and full-body movement.

Separate it into twin poi and another direction opens again. One compact system can move between training, rhythm, creative movement and play.

01 / STRETCH

Extend the Reach

Use the leash as an extension of the hands for shoulder, hip, leg and full-body mobility work.

02 / FLOW

Follow the Rhythm

Swing, circle, redirect and reverse through continuous patterns that challenge timing and coordination.

03 / PLAY

Make It Your Own

Add footwork, dance, partner work, music, passing games or your own movement rules.

MOVEMENT + BREATH

Move With the Rhythm. Breathe With the Movement.

Slow circles and repeating patterns can give attention something physical to follow while movement and breathing settle into rhythm.

FOR SWIMMERS & FREEDIVERS

The Water Session Can Start Before the Water

Swimming and freediving are specific disciplines, but the body arrives at the water carrying everything that happened before it.

Centra Leash gives swimmers and freedivers another way to explore mobility, rhythm and coordination around the session without trying to replace sport-specific training.

BEFORE

Dynamic mobility, shoulder movement, hips and a gradual transition into activity.

AFTER

Slow down, stretch and return attention to easy breathing and body position.

BETWEEN

Explore rhythm and coordination without needing a pool or dive line.

OPEN SPACE / FULL RANGE

Give It Room. Let the Movement Grow.

Open space gives Centra Leash its largest range: longer swings, wider circles, footwork, rotation and direction changes.

FLOW / COORDINATION / PLAY

No Single Way to Use It

Physical practice does not always have to feel like a workout.

Follow a rhythm. Change direction. Switch hands. Add music. Add footwork. Build a sequence. Reverse it. Slow it down.

Flow can be athletic, technical, meditative, expressive or simply playful. Centra Leash leaves room for all of them.

CHANGE THE CONFIGURATION

Strap. Meteor. Twin Poi.

Centra Leash changes with the practice rather than locking the user into one fixed exercise.

Use the full length for stretching and meteor-style movement, or separate the system into twin poi for independent hand coordination.

VISUAL + AUDIBLE FEEDBACK

The Ribbon Does More Than Look Good.

Add a ribbon and the movement becomes easier to see — and easier to hear. A continuous sweep creates a different sound from an interrupted movement, a deliberate pulse or a sudden acceleration.

MOVEMENT CAN ALSO BE PLAY

Swing It. Launch It. Pass It.

In an appropriate open area, Centra Leash can become a partner movement game. Use the leash as leverage to build momentum, release the weighted end toward a partner, catch it and send it back.

Change the distance, direction and timing. Add movement between passes. Build your own rules.

COACHES / SCHOOLS / STUDIOS

One Prop. More Ways to Teach.

Centra Leash can move between mobility work, warm-up, coordination drills, partner activities, creative movement and flow practice.

CENTRALIS FOR COACHES & GROUPS

AND YES — IT CAN GET WET

Movement Doesn’t Have to Stop at the Waterline

Centra Leash is positively buoyant.

That gives it a secondary role in gentle aquatic movement, supported stretching and selected water-based mobility or aquatic-yoga practice. Water is not the center of the Centra Leash concept, but it fits naturally within the wider Centralis movement system.

CENTRALIS / CENTRA LEASH

Built Around Movement. Not One Exercise.

Stretch with it. Train with it. Flow with it. Dance with it. Pass it. Take it beside the water and beyond it.
