01. About Centralis Dynamics
Centralis Dynamics develops movement equipment for swimming, freediving, aquatic training and flow-based activities.
Our products include AquaQi HydroFlow Skirts, Central Leash systems and associated equipment.
These terms govern purchases made through our directly operated online store. Products bought through independent distributors may also be subject to the distributor's stated sales conditions.
For questions, contact centralisdynamics@gmail.com .
02. Product Information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, photographs, sizing guidance and product information.
AquaQi is a fabric-based aquatic movement system worn around both legs. The fabric responds to coordinated body movement and can create a fabric-monofin effect.
Minor variations in fabric color, print placement, stitching, finishing and appearance may occur between production batches.
Such variations are not normally defects where the product remains functional and materially consistent with its stated description.
We may update product designs, materials and specifications over time, while honoring confirmed orders and applicable customer rights.
03. Orders & Acceptance
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.
After checkout, an automatic order confirmation may be sent by email. This confirms that the order request has been received.
Orders are subject to successful payment, product availability, lawful delivery and any applicable fraud or security checks.
We may contact customers to clarify incomplete information or resolve genuine order-processing issues.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will provide an appropriate refund or alternative option, in accordance with applicable law.
04. Prices & Payments
Product prices are displayed on the website and may change for future purchases without prior notice.
The applicable price for an accepted order is the price confirmed at checkout, subject to the treatment of clear pricing errors under applicable law.
Shipping charges and any applicable checkout taxes will be displayed before payment confirmation.
Payments are processed through the methods available at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own processing terms.
Currency conversion charges and bank fees imposed by third parties may be outside our control.
05. Shipping & Delivery
Centralis Dynamics products are prepared and shipped from the Philippines.
Standard orders are normally prepared and dispatched within up to 14 business days following payment confirmation, unless another timeframe is disclosed or agreed before purchase.
International delivery times vary by destination, carrier and customs procedures.
Unless stated otherwise, import duties, customs fees and destination-country taxes are the customer's responsibility, subject to applicable law.
Full details are available in our Shipping & Returns Policy .
06. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Standard return requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days following delivery.
Returns are subject to the eligibility and product-condition requirements described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Customers generally pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns, while confirmed defects or seller errors are handled without unreasonable additional shipping costs to the customer.
For confirmed manufacturing defects, we provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair or refund.
Review the full Refund & Returns Policy before requesting a return.
07. Product Use & Safety
Swimming, freediving, underwater movement and related aquatic activities involve inherent risks. These risks can include exhaustion, entanglement, injury, loss of consciousness and drowning.
Customers must use Centralis products responsibly, within their abilities, and in appropriate environments.
AquaQi Safety
  • AquaQi is not a flotation or lifesaving device.
  • Users should be competent swimmers and familiar with the equipment before entering deeper water.
  • Inspect fabric, fastenings and release points before use.
  • Practice adjusting and removing the product in a controlled environment.
  • Avoid locations with entanglement hazards, obstructions or unsuitable water conditions.
  • Do not use the product for surfing, jumping into water or other activities for which it is not designed.
  • Do not rely on the product's buoyant components for personal flotation or emergency support.
Important freediving warning: Never practice breath-hold diving or underwater breath-holding alone. Use appropriate trained supervision, follow recognized freediving safety practices and never hyperventilate before a breath-hold.
Built-in product safety features, including adjustable openings and release mechanisms, do not eliminate the risks of underwater use.
08. Age Requirements & Supervision
AquaQi is primarily intended for individuals aged 15 and older with suitable aquatic skills.
Users aged 15–17 should use AquaQi only with permission and appropriate supervision from a parent, guardian, coach or responsible adult.
Any proposed use by a younger individual requires specific consideration of fit, ability, supervision and suitability. It should not be assumed suitable simply because the product fits.
Purchasing adults and supervising persons are responsible for assessing the user's abilities and ensuring appropriate supervision and conditions.
09. Central Leash & Other Equipment
Central Leash and other Centralis movement products must be used according to their intended function and accompanying instructions.
Before use, inspect attachment points, cords, straps and other components for wear or damage.
Use equipment only in areas with appropriate clearance from people, animals, obstacles and fragile objects.
Do not use damaged equipment or attach movement products to unsuitable body parts, structures or objects.
Product-specific warnings and instructions take precedence where they provide more detailed safety information.
10. Training & Performance Information
Information presented on the Centralis website is provided for general educational and product information purposes.
Descriptions of movement, coordination, propulsion, technique and training experiences are not guarantees of specific performance outcomes.
Centralis products do not replace qualified coaching, professional instruction, appropriate supervision or necessary safety equipment.
Users should seek suitable professional guidance when undertaking unfamiliar or higher-risk activities.
11. Bulk, Partner & Custom Orders
Bulk, instructor, dealer, distributor and partnership orders may be subject to individually agreed pricing, production schedules and commercial conditions.
Confirmed defective units within a bulk shipment will normally be addressed individually rather than resulting in cancellation of the entire order, subject to applicable law and agreed commercial terms.
Custom sizes, special modifications and individually prepared products may involve additional charges, longer production periods or specific cancellation conditions.
Additional conditions must be communicated and agreed where required before the purchase is finalized.
12. Website Accounts & Conduct
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and providing accurate account information.
You must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
Unauthorized attempts to interfere with website security, payment systems or other customers' accounts are prohibited.

Customers may use website information for personal, non-commercial purposes as permitted by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
Centralis Dynamics aims to provide products that meet their descriptions and applicable standards.
Participation in swimming, freediving and movement activities involves risks that cannot be eliminated by equipment design alone.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Centralis Dynamics is not responsible for losses resulting solely from misuse, unauthorized modification or use contrary to reasonably communicated safety instructions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from negligence or defective products where applicable law prohibits such exclusion.
Nothing here removes mandatory customer rights or remedies.

Centralis Dynamics does not control third-party content or services solely because a link appears on our website.

We work to maintain accurate and accessible website information.
However, temporary maintenance, technical interruptions or content updates may occur.
We may modify website features and content when reasonably necessary, without affecting confirmed contractual rights or mandatory consumer protections.
18. Applicable Law & Disputes
Disputes relating to purchases or use of Centralis services will be handled according to applicable laws and any mandatory consumer protections.
We encourage customers to contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve concerns fairly.
Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory legal rights to seek remedies or bring claims before an appropriate authority or court.
19. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in products, services, business operations or legal requirements.
Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights arising from previously accepted orders where prohibited by applicable law.

Where mandatory consumer protections differ from these terms, the mandatory protections take precedence.
