AquaQi HydroFlow Skirt

A soft fabric fin built around the movement of your body.

AquaQi is a fabric-based water-movement system that creates a flexible working surface around the lower body.

Worn from the waist and extending beyond the feet, the skirt allows the fabric between and around the legs to open, tension, relax and interact with the water as you move.

Instead of placing the entire fin surface at the feet, AquaQi begins much closer to the hips — encouraging movement to connect through the core, spine, hips, legs and fabric.

HydroFlow

The body moves. The fabric responds. The water answers.

AquaQi works through the relationship between body, fabric and water.

As the swimmer changes rhythm, leg spacing, body position or wave amplitude, the fabric changes with them — creating both a working surface and physical feedback from the water.

How AquaQi Works

A fin surface that begins higher on the body.

Traditional fins create their obvious working surface at the feet. AquaQi places usable fabric around the thighs, knees, lower legs and feet before continuing beyond the toes.

As the legs separate, more fabric can open between them and become tensioned against the surrounding water. Bring the legs closer and the response becomes softer.

This creates a soft fabric-fin effect that can be explored through dolphin kick, whole-body wave, freestyle training, vertical movement, freediving and slower aquatic flow.

HydroFlow Feedback

Feel what the water is doing.

Different movements create different pressure, tension, folding and release through the fabric.

Those changes give the swimmer another physical reference for exploring alignment, timing, rhythm, leg spacing and body-wave control.

The fabric does not tell you what to do. It helps you feel what the water is doing.

One System. Different Water.

Train, dive, flow or simply explore.

Swim Training

Explore body wave, alignment, kick control, rhythm and core-to-leg coordination.

Freediving

Experience a soft fabric fin surface, connected body movement and a compact alternative or backup to rigid fins.

Aquatic Movement

Float, spiral, rotate, move vertically or explore slow sensory movement through water.

Performance & Flow

Explore connected-leg movement, body lines, creative underwater movement and visual fabric dynamics.

Designed Around Real Water Use

Soft equipment. Practical details.

Flexible Fabric Fin

Creates a large responsive water surface without a rigid blade.

Adjustable Fit

Adjustable waist and diagonal upper-leg closure allow the system to sit securely while accommodating overlapping sizes.

One-Pull Waist Release

The main release remains within natural hand reach at the waist.

Feet Can Be Freed

Sleeve the skirt upward to free the feet for standing, walking or leaving the water.

Reflective Pull Tabs

Visible and tactile reference points help identify the main adjustment and release areas.

Internal Orientation Marker

A bright inside marker helps identify orientation when putting AquaQi on.

Positive Buoyancy

A built-in buoyant element helps the system remain at the surface if released.

Lightweight & Foldable

Soft construction packs into a small space for pool sessions, travel and keeping AquaQi available as an additional water option.

Folds Small. Moves Big.

Water equipment that is easy to take with you.

AquaQi has no long rigid blade to protect or transport.

Fold it into your swim bag, travel with it, keep it as a second option beside your regular fins, or simply have it available when an unexpected opportunity to get in the water appears.

More water. Less equipment burden.

Getting Started With AquaQi

Safety & Responsible Use

Learn the system in controlled water first.

AquaQi is a water-movement and training system. It is not a flotation device, life-saving device, toy, or substitute for swimming ability.

Beginners should first practice in calm, controlled water where standing or reaching support is easy. Become comfortable with the fit, release, foot position and return to standing before progressing to deeper or open water.

Avoid jumping into the water while AquaQi is fully worn. A strong entry can place unnecessary force on the fabric or cause the skirt to shift upward around the body. Enter the water in a controlled way and place AquaQi into its full swimming position once settled.

Before standing or walking, sleeve the fabric above the feet so the soles contact the surface directly. Do not stand on loose AquaQi fabric.

Before using pool steps, ladders, boat ladders or climbing out of the water, pull AquaQi fully upward beneath the belt or remove it in the water and carry it out by hand.

Avoid sharp rocks, reef, coral and rough surfaces. Check swimsuits, wetsuits and equipment for sharp buckles, clips, exposed zipper parts or other items that may repeatedly rub against the fabric.

Do not rely on AquaQi for buoyancy or rescue. Avoid dangerous surf, strong currents and conditions beyond your swimming or freediving ability.

AquaQi Care

Rinse. Shade. Dry completely.

After pool, saltwater or open-water use, rinse AquaQi thoroughly by hand with fresh water.

Allow the fabric to dry completely in the shade before folding or storing.

Hang or lay AquaQi where the fabric will not contact sharp hooks, rough edges or abrasive surfaces.

Do not use a washing machine or tumble dryer.

Do not iron or bleach.

Once completely dry, fold loosely and store in a clean, dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight.

Returns & Replacements
